Find your zones
The Lactate Threshold test will help find your threshold zone allowing you to lock in your training plan. This test can be done on the treadmill or our bike trainer(you bring your own bike).
The test starts with a short warm up before continuing into a standard ramp. Each 3 minutes either the power or pace will be increased until you reach a point where your body starts to produce more lactate than you can buffer. This point is known as the lactate threshold. With this data we will give you training zones that can then be imported into your Garmin, training peaks, Strava etc.
This is not a max test through you can combine it with a VO2 Max as well.
